I tried to refinance my wife's vehicle and because I work for Uber they will not talk to me about refinancing my wife's vehicle. I also asked to talk to an american and they got offended by that also. A company in America and I want to talk to an American and they won't finance if your spouse works for Uber. Sounds like a civil rights violation.

Amazing service and I never give reviews unless someone rips me off. This Company did absolutely everything they promised, quickly and efficiently. We lowered our payment by $1,500 per year and added GAP coverage we did not have with our Ally Bank Auto Loan. Everything was done smoothly, quickly and professionally... I didn't have any trouble getting the information I wanted, all my questions were answered and Blue Harbor has a good team working together and trying to serve their clients, old new and incoming with the best service anyone could ask for. Jose Fajardo was very friendly and accommodating, so was Ashley... I'm glad I gave Blue Harbor a shot, it's a pity it had to take almost 4 years of me paying my car loan with the other bank before this..
