I was initially pleased with the immediate response after filling out the refinance application, but the multiple calls and emails to request the completed forms was a bit of a nuisance. I had to find a notary and process forms by hand since electronic forms were not accepted, and that took a few days. I got a email on a getting a refinance quote. I fallowed all the steps and at the end still not quote?? Just telling me someone would be calling me???? I wanted the quote too see if was a good idea for me. then decide
Worst experience ever! The loan consultants couldnt find answers on their own always having to ask supervisors and then get back to me days later. Or just not call back at all. Had to jump through so many hoops just to end up not even getting the loan through these people. Would NEVER recommend to anyone.
The staff were professional and the extent they went to get me a low rate was refreshing.
I want to thank Robert for his help with all this process and for helping me safe money and lower my monthly payment
Josh Cox provided the best customer service I have ever received! He immediately took care of every issue I had and protected my car! I wish I had more cars for Josh to refinance

This is my second go around with Blue Harbor and they have disappointed me yet again. I reached out through credit karma again cause Ive been working hard to rebuild my credit and pay down what is owed on my new car. Again I was given interest rates, payment information and led to believe this was a done deal. 4 days went by still no emails or calls about the approval or next step.Then I emailed, was given a generic excuse and empty apology that the loan was not approved.
