Very pleasant process. Everyone we spoke with was knowledgeable and helpful. The refinance rates we got were much lower than what we originally had. This saved us lots of $.
This process was fast and easy .. I got approved and everything happened in one week .. Ivan was extreme helpful .. Also returned my phone calls witchin 15mins.. I went from 11 percent interest rate to 2.74 interest rate on my Cadillav Escalade ..Saving me a lot of money ..I give Blue Harbor 5 stars.. And I'm very picky and particular when it comes to my business and personal affairs .. So getting 5 stars from me says a lot ð«ð«ð«ð«ð«
Things went as expected. Rate and paperwork were as represented, and new lower payment reflected as submitted. Was difficult getting to talk with a representative, even after they left a voice mail, and a number to reach. This process took a week to finally talk to a live person and get the application handled, forwarded etc. Hopefully things will move smoothly from here on out. Thks T. Sims
