Ivan and Ashley could not have been more professional in explaining and sending all paperwork to me, with detailed instructions. The process was also very quick, with emails or phone calls about the process and status! I highly recommend this team and company for any financing needs!

My loan transition through the Blue Harbor group, Ivan and his team couldn't have gone any smoother. Any questions were answered honestly and in a timely manner, which ultimately allowed me to make a speedy decision to refinance. The overall process at first did seem overwhelming but once discussed with the group and team and helped along through it could have gone any smoother.
