Jimmy and Dustin serviced our home today, the quarterly inspection of Termites and the insect treatment. Again, they came in, introduced themselves, explained the plan for the day and went about their business. ClearDefense has a way to employ the most courteous and professional people. I highly recommend them.
CJ does a great job. He’s thorough, professional and punctual. We look forward to seeing him on our monthly, quarterly services.
I have been a customer for 4 years now but this was the first time I had Cam perform service. He was polite to begin with and after he explained what service he was doing that day went about his business and got it done. We had an issue with moths that were in the house and he explained that it is not uncommon this time of year. He treated the inside and left traps for us to use for whatever remained. I highly recommend the work he did and the work of Clear Defense.
Erik was out to my house today! he is a very pleasant person, takes the time to explain things. I 100% agree with his recommendations! Erik is young, but has a great work ethic, is very courteous, and compassionate! Not something you see everyday! when Clear Defense hired Erik they knew what they were looking for in a tech and boy is he delivering!

She first asked us our concerns and once we discussed those she gave a thorough explanation of everything she would be doing that day.
