Miles came in the freezing cold and spent a lot of time outside making sure we were completely up to date and replaced any traps and knocked down any webs that had collected. Quick to let me know he was here and also a summary after he left. Very professional and complete.
I have learned that living in the country next to a corn field during below freezing temperatures and next to a pond during the summer brings in field mice and snakes looking for refuge.
