This is absolutely the worse place ever. I went on a Saturday around 11, and there was not a soul inside. It took them an hour to bring me in the back. In addition, for four days I have had a 102 fever, a horrible cough, stuffy nose, body aces, fatigue, and etc. They decide they are going to do a flu swab and I waited 35 min in back room for result while they discussed what they are ordering for lunch. Today we visited the Keene office for the first time because my son was experiencing a high fever. At first I wasnt terribly impressed with the reception staff and even the first medical staff that we saw, but the doctors here were GREAT. A woman doctor saw us quickly and diagnosed my son within seconds and then on the way out her colleague ( who had nothing to do with our case) stopped my three year old..... gave him a Frisbee and even took the time to play a little catch with him and teach him. Great, fast experience. The Keene office is very nice, and modern, and the PA and staff were extremely friendly and knowledgable. Thorough and fast examination. We will go there again!
