We feel that Annette did a great job with her presentation and testing. Even tho our well water is not drinkable, our refrigerator filter is doing a good job. She showed us a filtration system that would at least help our kitchen water. We are on Social Security and can't afford it. We certainly appreciate her not pressuring us to buy.
They were polite, knowledgeable, and we enjoyed the taste test.
I had Rain Soft rep. Michael Maher come to my house this morning. He spent an hour presenting a water treatment device to me and my wife. He was able to tailor his presentation to our questions and specific needs. He did not force us to stay on his topic but led us get what we wanted out of the presentation. He performed several tests on our tap water and explained what each one meant to our health and checkbook. He explained what they offered to deal with these issues.
