I'm very pleased with the work. The job was slightly complicated, as I have some very old, multi-paned windows with eroded puttying that require a delicate touch. Their work was gentle and immaculate. All of the windows are sparkling. Great job.

Company was very prompt & efficient in responding to my inquiry, and the job was scheduled within a few days. They were great with follow-through and email reminders which turned out to be particularly good since there was a starting time issue that was resolved before the work day. Workers were polite, and work was performed quickly and generally well. As part of the job, they took down, cleaned and replaced all screens. They were willing to redo one window when we provided a ladder for them to get up to it.
Joseph was polite, extremely accommodating and professional. Very nice to work with!
My windows had not been cleaned for 2 years and they did a fantastic job.
