Customer should be available/at hand as the workers do the cleaning. We had to give a gentle reminder to do some of the window sills .
Forgot to put the screens back and came back next day to fix it

The price is high but I was willing to pay for a superior job, as described by the owner. They came on time and were polite. They washed the windows and screens adequately. The problem was attention to detail. The inside worker left wet equipment on my antique dresser, even after I talked to him about it, and left all my windows unlocked, I discovered the next day. My salesman, Joseph Pepin was great. He was timely, provided various options for service, and was honest enough to point out that my gutters did not need cleaning, even though his company provides that service as well. I rated a 4.0 on quality because there were a few windows that were not cleaned due to oversight.
They did not come with ladders and this made it difficult for them to really clean the windows properly. Also, they use a screen machine cleaner- cleans screens but not frames, they still had dirt in them. We had to clean before replacing.
The owner, Joseph, was a delight to work with. His employees were respectful of our property and worked non-stop.
