When I was searching for a home, Clearview was easily the best experience we had. Their application process is step by step with clear instructions, and they personally checked in to see if we needed assistance with it. They also let you transfer your application if a place you applied for is no longer available, and provided real suggestions to boot. I'd recommend Clearview to anyone looking for a home

UPDATE I've only been here 7 months but the amount of care Clearview gives their tenants is incredible. The complex is always clean. My neighbors are all amazing. I've never lived in such a positive building. No matter who you run into they always say hello. It's great! Such a great experience. Easy to get ahold of for questions or concerns. Easiest rental I've ever been a part of. They truly view us as family
