If I could give zero stars I would!! Amy Morales is the WORST. She called me before the appointment to let me know that she couldn't see me at the already set time a date. Due to the fact that some type of packet would need to be sent first and then filled out prior to seeing me. I asked if I could just fill out the packet at her office and also asked if she would be my therapist going forward. Therapist never showed up and didn’t even apologized.
This company is the most terrible service that you could have do the possible to not go there, they made you sign a contract and make a lot of mistakes and they charge you the money direct to your credit card instead of using your health provider
I just got off the phone with James. We were referred to Clear Skies by someone I trust, so I am shocked by my exchange with James. He actually laughed at my when I asked about billing our insurance, and was beyond condescending in his responses to my questions. I'm a mom of a specials needs kid looking for help, I'm baffled by his lack of compassion and kindness.
