Kindred as a whole- no continuity of care between facilities, Every single day there is something with my brothers care that is not being done right. Was actually going to move him out of a bed that he and his wound care doctor stated was best for him because "another patient" needed it! Is he not a patient? I would NOT recommend this facility to anyone. Some of the staff seem to care, others do not. It is just a job.... very very disappointed in the care my brother is receiving

My mother was in the Webster facility a while back, we did not leave her in there long. She had a stomach tube which one of the nurses pulled out while bathing her. They were very rude to her, and when they had to send her to Memorial Hermann to have her tube put back, we got back to her room and everything had been cleaned out of her room. I have called many times trying to get her stuff back with no success. My mother has since passed away. I would not recommend this place to anyone. My brother has received excellent care here. Thanks so much to Dr. Lewis Clarke and his team and everyone at Kindred Rehab for the detailed treatment/ care that was specific to my brother Vincent's needs. It is so exciting to see him coming back around to his old self.....getting stronger, communicating more, using the restroom more (with y'all's assistance), meds are regulated better (he is not so doped up & able to do more things), he is eating on his own and almost not in need of the feeding tube, no more infections, and ... read more
Nursing care and pcas definitely below par...I did most of the care for my grandma myself on weekend without meeting a RN for 5/6 hrs. Pt/ot staff helpful and knowledgeable but not primary caregiver or there all the time :/
From personal experience I give Kindred rehabilitation hospital 10 stars. I give Medicare Big Zero
