I actually came in for an oil change for my 2012 Rogue. While in the waiting area, I started talking to Octavia (my previous salesman) and I ended up leaving with a 2013 Rogue instead. Good salesman.

I bought my last car 15 years ago. I choose a pre owned Fiat 500. The entire process was very professional and prompt. The only thing that was a disappoint, was the fact that only one key was provided for the car, I will have to purchase one from the dealer, they are expensive.
The experience was very good. No pressure to purchase. I was able to look at many vehicles, in fact as many as I wanted. Mr. jaramillo was very good in explaining the vehicles and the details of my sale.
