Great PA – I don't have as harsh a review of the office staff as teetles. Sometimes they may not be so helpful, but like most people who aren't at the top of the healthcare system, they're underpaid and overworked. My experiences with the PA have always been very positive. I prefer to go to the PA over the physician. She's knowledgable, personable and helpful. I can almost always get in to see her with minimal forewarning. Horrible – Front Desk service leaves much to be desired, Do not care very well for their patients, do not respond with test results promptly, horrible PA, You feel like cattle not human, wham bam thank you mam type of treatment. If your sick you should go to a Doctor's office that cares from the moment you walk in and sit down until you see your corresponding physician.
