These properties are garbage. I live on one of their properties and the management is atrocious. The mail boxes get broken-into, the maintenance is sub-par, and there is a spike in criminal activity. I feel like the managers try to better the situation but get no support from the corporation or company that owns the property. Avoid these properties at all costs, you have been warned.
