Just called because I had a simple question about detail cleaning but guy was so rude and just hung up and was not trying to give me info. Very rude if employees are having a bad day it shouldn’t be took in out on customers.
*TL;DWTR - skip to the last update on 9/27. I've been a customer for nearly 10 years. I called on 9/8 to cancel one of my subscriptions, which ended on 9/10. I talked to Junior and told him I'm selling my car so I no longer needed the service. He said he will cancel it. But I still see a charge on my credit card on 9/12. I've been calling but no one is picking up the phone. I am going to dispute the charge with my CC and will also cancel my subscription for my other car as well.
