Get better management that doesn't hold the reigns over their own kids because while his lazy kid keeps his job regardless of poor performance, walking off the job, and just plain not showing up dozens of times and when showing up always late. The hard workers constantly get shafted while nepotism and lazy workers go hand in hand. I quit because of it.
