I've lived in half a dozen different apartments in Madison over the past 10 years, and the Shorewood House/Cleanplace apartments were the best place I've lived by a mile. In fact, the only reason I left was because I moved to a different state. This complex really has it all: very reasonable prices, fully furnished apartments, parking available, great internet/cable TV included, beautiful views, plentiful in-complex laundry machines, indoor bike storage, and a great location (loved being so close to Whole Foods and Bagels Fo... read more

Definitely one of the best landlords I have come across. Duke really goes out of his way to make your tenancy at the apartments an amazing one. Apartments are very nice as well. Highly recommended!
