I received a voucher for my birthday. I have booked twice and been cancelled twice only one day prior to the service and in the other instance on the morning of the service. The excuse was staff shortage and the second time I got no excuse at all, just a cancellation email. Nobody responded to my email. Nobody responded to my voicemail and nobody has responded to the online contact form I submitted requesting a refund. Terrible service, if they even do a service. Next stop is ACCC.
A friend and I used Cleaning Ease to clean our home in Adelaide. They did an amazing job and continue to do so for me now in Sydney. Their house cleaners are professional, friendly and have always provided me with a high-quality clean. Would recommend!!
