I should have read all the reviews on this company!Ive never used this company before and thought Id give them a try. I called on a Tuesday and scheduled an appointment for the following Friday to get the carpets cleaned. I worked with them to have our maids come in the morning so the carpets would be vacuumed for them when the carpet cleaners came. So we rescheduled the maids and rescheduled ourselves to accommodate the carpet cleaners. The scheduled time of arrival was between 11-2. They called at 10:45 to verify the appt.... read more

The truck malfunctioned at the onset of our carpet cleaning. This I understood, however once repaired (11am), they wanted to service 2 other clients first. Poor customer service - comments made to me by the office: "if you dont understand that is your own fault""go ahead and tell your friends not to use us, we have many customers in Rockwall - who cares"I would not recommend this company

I am very unhappy with this company. We spent over \$300 to have an empty house cleaned. We were "guaranteed" that the pet odor would be gone. The pet odor is not gone, and no one will return our phone calls.BUYER BEWAREI definately will NOT recommend this company!!
