AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! I was charged \$325 to clean my cushions on my sofa and loveseat to remove pet stains from it. They had to come out a second time to retreat it again because it still smelled like urine. I asked them to come out a third time and when I missed the technicians phone call they left. I tried to reschedule the appointment but they told me they would charge me \$69 for a "trip fee". I CALLED TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT, THEY WRE MORE CONCERNED ABOUT MY INSURANCE DEDUCTABLE RATHER THAN SERVICE. IF I USED MY INSURANCE THE COST WOULD HAVE BEEN MY TOTAL DEDUCTABLE, OUT OF POCKET 500.00 SERVICE CALL AND 2.00 A SQUARE FT. RATHER THAN ARGUE WITH A CUSTOMER AFTER I STATED I WOULD PAY OUT OF POCKET THEY STILL WANTED TO KNOW WHO WAS MY HOME INSURED BY.
TOTAL RIP OFF.I have used this company twice. The first time was in Oct 2010. I was surprized at their quote of 288.00 to clean 2 living areas. But it had been awhile since the carpet had been cleaned & is older carpet. So I thought maybe it would be worth it to get a through cleaning. And....they did a good job. Quoted 100 for one side of a queen mattress. paid 248. This is AFTER they tried to swindle me out of 500. on their way out they broke a lamp. called the company and was told all of their managers were on the phone. They said theyd have someone come out here to "appraise." the damage. The cleaning job, i could of rented a steam vac from home depot and do a better job. save your money and your patience.
Horrible service. Would rather have my dog lick the carperts clean then deal with a company with this type of customer service. Appointment was made 3 days ahead of time, they called 15 minutes before their scheduled arrival time was past to say they would not be coming. WOW. RIP Cleaner Image.
Terrible experience. They do not stand by their "100% guaranteed" statement. They left 8-10 spots all over our house, then blame us because it "smells" like bleach. Their hose leaked during the job and now they wont fix their problem. They offered to fix the problem by having someone come out to "patch" the spots with carpet from the back of our closets at an extra \$50 a spot! Tony and office manager were rude and unsympathetic. hi there i was just letting people know that i loved the job they did in my house. It was wonderful! the technicians were so nice they were on time and on point. they knew what they were doing and as for the office girls that i had talk to they were very kind and upfront with my cost. this company is a awsome company i would recommened this company to everyone!!! these other people are probably just people who are so picky they had to make a scene and 300.00 dollars is not a lot if you have to have pet treatments i know the ... read more
Do not do business with this company. They came out did the job wrong and then no showed on three separate occasions when they were scheduled to come back to fix what they did wrong. When asked to refund the money for the work that they wouldnt come out to re-do they refused. These people take your money and don't provide the services promised.
