I was gifted 3 facials from friends for the Studio City location and it's a drive considering I live in Hollywood. I called to share that I was hitting bad traffic and was running late. No one answered or called me back - so I thought I was okay. When I got there, at 3:09, I was told they have a five minute grace period and I wouldn't be seen.
