Great service at an excellent price. Highly recommended, but be careful they have a 5mins grace period. I had trouble parking and walked in 6mins late and had to reschedule for another day.
I was disappointed with the customer service and communication. I arrived 8 minutes late for my facial and was told I could not be seen because I was past the 5-minute grace period. I understand that policies exist and that they had appointments booked after me. However, I had already been charged for the appointment, and I think it would have been more professional to call or text me before I drove all the way there and paid for parking. Went here to treat myself on my birthday and it was amazing! It has been over 2 weeks later and my skin still feels great. Alyssa was so incredibly sweet and informative during the whole process, and the girl at the front desk was also so friendly and helpful. I got the VIRGIN package and it was all under $100, such a fantastic deal. Highly recommend to everyone and will be back!
We were mislead about the pricing. Came home withe the same blemishes that we paid double to remove! Extremely disappointed!
Love this place and love Bailey! I recommend getting the membership and trying out all the add-ons. you leave feeling so relaxed and glowing!
