I had my carpets cleaned this morning and I'm amazed. Let me start at the very beginning with the scheduling phone call. Jimmy was very professional and explained the services, and his equipment. Two days before I received the confirmation reminding of the date and time. The morning of, I received a text and then follow up phone call letting me that they were on the way. A family business with high family values which includes doing the best job for every client. Now I can say I can attest to their high standards of professionalism and super customer service. Although I have moved out of Killeen, I would recommend them to anyone moving out and want a complete and thorough carpet cleaning. Thank you so much.
They were thorough and knowledgeable with upfront and fair pricing. Besides cleaning the carpet, they were able to make an on the spot repairs. I definitely recommend Clean Touch and will use them in the future for all my cleaning carpet needs.
