Clean Sweep inspected our chimney in 2010 and found multiple issues - most important of which was a cracked flue and told us if we didn't fix it, then we couldn't use the fireplace due to risk of fire. We chose to not repair at the time, however, I called Chuck a couple of weeks ago and told him we wanted to repair it now and could he come out and perform another inspection. He pulled up my paperwork and since we hadn't used it since 2010, then nothing would have changed and he would honor the estimate he gave me 7 years ago... read more

We've used them for 4 or five years now. Always excellent service! The crew was professional and explained the results of the inspection. I get an electronic copy of all the photos taken of the inside and outside of chimney When I couldn't get scheduled when originally called for an appt. they followed up to get me scheduled.

Today, Clean Sweep cleaned the dryer vent in my home and found a large amount of lint in it. This is after I had experienced an overheated clothes dryer due to the lint buildup. The two technicians were both very polite, professional, and efficient. I feel a lot safer now! Thank you to everyone at Clean Sweep.
