Clean Sweep, called in advance to confirm my appointment and showed up exactly at 12 Noon for the 12-4pm window we had been given. The two employees, TJ and Michael were efficient, respectful, quiet and very thorough. Everything was put back in place and cleaned better than it was when they arrived. We have been using Clean Sweep of Anne Arundel County for many years. They are thorough and personable. The techs are great and there is such peace of mind when the time comes for the first fire of the season. Having your chimney cleaned might seem like an expense you can put off but it is vital to have this done to prevent the nice firemen from having to save your home in the middle of the winter! Had my dryer vent cleaned today by Willis and AJ from Clean Sweep. They explained what they would be doing, and when they were finished, they went over the report with me. They arrived on time, were polite, and left my laundry room as clean as it was when they arrived. I highly recommend them.

Needed my chimney inspected to replace a water heater and was able to get a same day appointment. The guys that came out were very professional and explained everything, especially how important it is to make the repairs. I was left with alot of literature to read and the repairs are being done tomorrow. Wonderful company, highly recommended!
