How have I not reviewed them before?!? I have been using Clean Pest Solutions for about 5 years! Chris and Sam are literally the best. They have prevented millions of field mice from entering my home (I live next to a farm field). Their quarterly service has left my house virtually bug free. I once had a dead rat in my front yard. Initially, my experience with this company was positive. Chris came out, evaluated the situation, and recommended a maintenance plan that sounded proactive and thorough. Unfortunately, once the contract was in place, the level of service and communication declined significantly. I had multiple follow-up issues, including recurring ants despite being told the property had been treated. After being in a contract with a competitor of Clean Pest that did more upselling than actual pest control, I contacted Clean Pest. The previous company felt like dealing with a bad used car salesman - constantly pushing add-ons while not addressing the issue. Within twenty minutes of arriving, they did more to identify the root causes and lay out a clear, effective game plan (and reduce my anxiety about the situation!)than the other company managed in a month. If I can rate this company a 0 I would they guarantee a work they can't do never mention extra services or quarterly visit I was told with just 2 visits only we guarantee your mices will be out If not you get your money back now there saying they never said nothing about getting your money back the owner is a very really arrogant rude person talking over me dont waste your time and money with them👎
