Never Again Awful job. To expensive. Rude. Confusing. Nobody cared when I asked them to wipe the car down better. Dirt left everywhere. YUCK!
Cleantown Usa is a waste of time Don't take a dirty car in because it won't change too much. I spent $18 for nothing! My windshield was streaked my rims were dirty and the bug guts were still there even after I asked to make sure it was taken care of. They lost me as a customer
Great Job They do a great job keeping the cars moving through the wash. They have people make sure its all dry at the end too.
Pathetic Customer Service Mean, mean manager. As a loyal customer owning four vehicles, I received my 'birhtday' coupon ($3.95 off). We attempted to use it just after my birthday passed, in the beginning of the next month but within a week of my birthday. As it had rained a week straight, I was unable to use and politely asked for consideration. Awesome job! Each time I go to CleanTown USA they do a very great, thorough job cleaning my car inside and out.
Be sure to clean your car FIRST, before visiting... CleanTown is the best car wash around -- as long as your car is already clean when you arrive there, and you don't mind throwing money away to no effect. Several small spots of very soft tree sap on my trunk lid, easily removable with my fingernail, proved too much for CleanTown to take care of -- even after buying the most expensive package and specifically showing the spots to the detail team. CleanTown USA is the greatest! I go to CleanTown USA on a weekly basis. I have them do the inside and outside detailing of my vehicle and they always do a perfect job. I love going to them for car maintenance.
Love this car wash! CleanTown is a great place to go. I have been going there for years and have never had an issue! I always have them clean both the inside and outside of my car and they do so in a timely manner. I definitely recommend that you go to CleanTown USA. You will not be disappointed!
