Great service Very nice place to get your car washed. They definitely do a good job.
Mr. Raymond Stec Basic car wash very good, but does not clean front wheel rims well. I had the brake dust and tire cleaner added to the basic wash and the results were no different than the basic wash alone. The front rims were still very dirty and unsatisfactory. Since they discontinued the spray power wash when entering the wash area the front rims remained dirty and you have to clean them yourself. Cleantown Usa is not your average car wash We recently used the carwash and are very pleased with how clean the car is, inside and out. The employees are so professional which is such so refreshing from those at drive thru washes you see in grocery stores and the prices are comparable. We also enjoy the lounge area where you can watch everything going on. I wish there were more of these carwashes around than what is around.
Customer service over the top! Very happy with Cleantown. I always purchase the #4. On occasion, the dog hair is not removed during the vacuuming, but remedied by pointing it out. Most recently, I was pleased with the wash. Then after a rain, the vehicle had a sticky substance from top to bottom. Thinking it was something gone awry from the recent Cleantown wash, I returned and requested the manager. Brian could not say what the sticky spotting was, but he gave my vehicle a wash at no charge.
