Had new HVAC installed by Craig Neely in June, he did a lot of work by himself, saying he did not have dependent co-workers, had to come back because drain got stopped up, fixed it. It was getting colder, and the heater would not turn on. Unable to get a hold of Craig, called CCA, LLC, new owner, Brain?? be forewarned, do not use, service is in the toilet. Needed a heater part to fire the gas. Craig Neely came out Monday April 25th 2016 late at night. Said he did not have the part on his truck and he would get back with me. Today is April 30th, I have left untold text messages and un-returned phone calls. About two weeks ago I got home from work and the house was hot. I called a friend of mine who had just had some A/C work done. They recommended this company so I called. Craig showed up on time and was very professional. He is very experienced as well. He knew exactly what the problem was and it was up and blowing cool air in no time. I thought this was going to be a whole a/c replacement costing me thousands. I was wrong. It was a fair and reasonable price and he finished the job that same day. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH There are claims this company charges for work that was not done. My husband didn't get paid and then they deducted from his last check supposedly because he didn't do the work correctly. BS! The Supervisor on the job had no problems putting him to do the same thing for the next 2 days. STAY AWAY from these people. Look at negative reviews.
They cheated my husband from his pay. They have also cheated other customers and a former employee claims they charge for work they don't do.

Charged our warranty company for a new blower last year and really installed a piece of junk that has gone out. It has been five days and we have no AC. We have requested a receipt for what they installed, but they have "no record". Total scam and now we are suffering for their bad business.
