I had an issue with my heat pump, and the technician from this company fixed it perfectly. He arrived on time and was very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem quickly and had the parts to fix it. He explained what happened and why, which I appreciated. The price was reasonable, and the work was done neatly. Since then, the heat pump has been running smoothly. I am very impressed with their expertise and professionalism. I will definitely call them for any future HVAC issues.

Safety is my top priority, and I was worried about the fire risk with our long dryer vent run. The technician used a rotary brush system to scrub the entire length of the vent. He showed me all the lint that came out—it was shocking. He also checked the connections to ensure they were secure. The peace of mind knowing the fire hazard is gone is invaluable. Professional and thorough service.

The furnace was short-cycling every few minutes, the house never stayed evenly warm, and the constant clicking was driving me crazy at night. The technician was calm and thorough, found a dirty flame sensor and a failing capacitor, cleaned the sensor completely, replaced the capacitor with a good one, and ran several test cycles before leaving.
