We couldn't get rid of the musty stench that pervaded our house. When the duct cleaners got there, they discovered dust gathered around the return vent and mold inside the ductwork. They cleaned the furnace, treated the mold, and thoroughly sanitized the area. Additionally, they cleaned the coils, which improved the efficiency of our AC. The speed with which they recognized and resolved the issue amazed me.

Logan arrived to clean the air ducts, and he was quite kind as he described the procedure. He showed me pictures of the ducts before and after, and I could see how much they had changed. The rattling sound I had been hearing for months was lessened when the blower was cleaned. The heating was significantly more efficient once the furnace was cleaned. I had a great experience from the first phone call to the final walkthrough. The scheduling team was friendly, and the technicians showed up right on time. They explained each step of the process, answered all my questions, and showed me the inside of my ducts before and after. I can literally feel the difference in air quality it’s less stuffy, and my kids aren’t sneezing as much.

We just had this air duct cleaning company out to clean the vents before installing a new furnace. The technician was extremely thorough and pointed out areas of buildup that were likely affecting airflow. They also did a dryer vent cleaning as part of the service, which made a huge difference our dryer now works in half the time. They left our house clean, were respectful of our pets, and were very easy to work with.

We had our annual HVAC service scheduled and were advised to add blower cleaning and coil cleaning due to decreased airflow. Technician Nate explained that buildup inside the system causes inefficiency. We also chose air duct cleaning, which hadn’t been done in years. The whole process was smooth, and the system now heats the home more evenly. The dust level indoors has gone way down too. Great service.!!
