After being disappointed that we couldn’t build our home due to crazy high contractor pricing, we found the Summit at Clayton Homes of Knoxville and met Garrett Winn. Garrett completely eased our worries and now our family is super excited to have this beautiful new home on its way. Garrett has become like family to us through this process and we couldn’t be happier.
Bryan colt pushy would not stop running his mouth long enough to let me and my husband explained to him what we were interesting in buying, finally after his much sales pitching on how he was and I quote ( in it to win it ) the man got super offended when I told him we are interested but you are giving us the run around, would not recommend this sales person to anyone looking to seriously buy from Clayton homes,
I had a GREAT experience with Clayton Homes on Clinton Hwy. They took the time to explain how the process would go and it went exactly to plan. Great communication from everyone I encountered there and it was such a smooth process. Zach especially was exceptional.
