Im a new customer and now communication has changed with the dealership once I got qualified. When I was a potential client the Rep was very friendly and called me and discuss everything. But once I finished my paperwork and paid a thousand dollar downpayment fee and received pre qualifed and in the mist of being fully approved...It is difficult to receive communication from this dealership! Not understanding why when the finalizing of the loan is waiting on docs from the dealership!
