My Clayton home has been leaking from the ceiling and walls since bought new in 2014. I have an insurance adjuster statement from Kentucky Farm Bureau stating the roof did not have drip edging and the shingles did not overhang, which most likely led to the leaks. This has led to severe water damage. Any recommendations?
I bought a home off Clayton Homes17 years ago. They tell one lie right after another to sale you something. And it still bothers me today. I have big cracks in the sealing soon as the trailer settled that they wouldn't fix it. The siding was put on very poorly. And the roof was suppose to have 25 year warranty that's a lie. And they also lied about the bubba contract payments that was suppose to be set up for every two weeks. 500$ down and things didn't work out, lost my five 500$. Not a bash on Clayton but what a joke on the sales man, didn't sign anything. No paper was done. Will definitely go else where.
This is my 2nd home from Clayton Homes, my first one caught fire "accidentally" and I went back to Clayton Homes and they have work so hard and so fast at getting me a new home. Chassidy Pitman and Mr & Mrs John Baker have just made this horrible time go by so smoothly and painlessly. I thank them from the bottom of my heart ❤️
