Poor communication. We have had a bad experience.
Horrible communication and it’s costing my family a lot of time and unexpected finances. A lot of worry and anxiety. It wasn’t worth it. Wish we had bought somewhere else. They don’t care as long as they get their money.

we love our new home and cannot wait to move in it. Jim has went above and beyond for us. he made our first home purchase fast and easy. he answered my questions day and night. believe me their were alot lol.
