All the staff at the Lynchburg Clayton Homes were so easy to deal with. They all were so welcoming. Michelle went way out of her way to help work with my family. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new home, they can help with any situation!!!!
My husband and I chose a home and submitted paper work to be sent to get approved. Come to find out they couldn’t get home in cape cod style so found a home with a similar floor plan that we liked. Clayton never took initiative to call us with a follow up and when I took time to call they were “really busy and someone quit unexpectedly.” I understood but expressed our interest yet still no one followed up. This was now 2 months ago. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional.
Michelle at Clayton homes is awesome to deal with. Recommend highly.
