RecommendedAfter a experience from hell at the Harrisonburg.(Scott😡) .. I just didn’t think I could deal with someone else from Claytons but I did call Lynchburg’s and was lucky enough to talk to Michelle such a sweet lady and willing to do whatever she could to make us feel better. We have deceit to purchase at this time but come summer of next year we may change our minds and if we do Michelle will be the one we go see! Thanks Michelle!!!

We came in after a not-so-great experience at another location after we actually drove 4 hours to get to said location. I digress. I have only ever purchased stick built homes under a traditional mortgage. I walked in very confused about how the process works as a veteran under a VA loan and with property already selected. I also knowingly walked in 3 minutes to close. Julia showed me models and explained the process entirely to me. I will be getting my paperwork ready to purchase two homes through this company.
