My fiance an I have been looking for homes in the Grand Valley for awhile now and thankfully we went into Clayton. The homes are affordable and beautiful, everyone we met has been very helpful and patient. I look forward to owning one soon.
My Fiancé and I went into Clayton homes to look what was out there and Steve jumped right up to answer all of our questions and show us around to see what was out there. I was very pleased with the homes and the way Steve treated us. Overall I would recommend going threw Steve when buying a home. :)
Steve has been amazingly helpful. Our first visit he took two hours out of his busy schedule to show us all kinds of options and to answer all our questions. He was very knowledgeable about all the loan process and we were easily approved. Even when we decided not to purchase at that time Steve was friendly and helpful. A few months later we came back to see him when we were ready to buy and he was just as wonderful as our other visits.
I've been working with Steve for several months in the process of buying and building my first home. He's been nothing but helpful and supportive during this pretty stressful process. I always have the fear, when dealing with sales people, that I'll be pushed towards something more than what I need, but this has not been the case at all. I feel comfortable and confident-a very big deal. Highly recommended.

We have been dealing with Steven since March to help my mother find a home that she LOVES and settle her in Colorado Springs. Today we finalized the deal! STEVEN IS EFFICIENT, personable, honest and so good with my mother (she's 83). He put up with my OCD tendencies and was so patient. He answered ALL of her questions as well as mine and worked through his lunch. We are so confident that everything will be fantastic! We couldn't be happier!
I didn't actually buy one and don't own one but this company went all out to help me sell a 1980 manufactured home and Steve was so amazing the customer service was outstanding and if I was buying a home I would buy one from Clayton homes.
We were so impressed with the service, the help & all the time Steve Snyder gave us as we started our search for a new home! We were also amazed at how beautiful the homes were & look forward to doing our business with Steve & Clayton Homes.
