My husband and I were day tripping from Moab, and noticed Clayton this visit. We had been pondering � modular/manufactured homes � for sometime now. It was a good experience! My husband and I went to look at some houses, and to see if we found any that we liked. We found some; there wasn't a huge selection of houses to look at in person, but I feel like they had plenty to give us an idea of what we wanted, then we were able to look at more in a catalog. Steve and David have gone above and beyond with their customer service. My husband and I have spent many many hours at Clayton Homes, asked many many questions, and have many many children (all of whom have been present with us). These gentlemen have been knowledgeable, patient, gracious and willing to work with us through the home shopping process.
My friends and I toured homes at Clayton Homes with Steve and it was an awesome experience! Steve was so pleasant and oh my gosh, his knowledge was amazing! So helpful and answered all my questions. If you're looking for a manufactured home ask for Steve, you won't be disappointed!

My husband and I drove to junction to look around the homes and received some of the greatest tours and information anyone could get when buying a new mobile home! Steven showed us around and worked with our budget and size constraints. Steven was so helpful and so easy to work with. We highly recommend those looking to purchase to give Clayton Homes a shot! They have some amazing homes for an awesome price!!
