First of all people need to understand a mobile home is not a house. Yes they are cheaply built ,but if u can afford a 5 bedroom 2 bath brick home. You wouldnt be in trailer to begin with. Clayton holmes provides an affordable home for people who cant simply compete in todays market of houses. It is a good price, the salesman (Jeff) was super nice and helpful and was genuinely concerned about what met my family needs.
