I could not thank Michael Cagley and his boss Derek for all their help on getting me a home. They have kept me in the loop since the very first day I came in the doors. We have had a little under 10 water leaks. The trailer was bought in December and we had 5 before march. You will only get something done if you raise ten kinds of hell and get a lawyer. All they care about is arguing back with you vs. fixing the problem. They do not care that I'm an asthmatic and will let the Sheetrock stay wet and not want to cut it. Just say it will dry. Not want to have a company check the wood for moisture/mold. This has been a horrible buy! We now have another water leak today. A screw was even screwed... read more

Purchased my first ever manufactured home from Clayton Lake Charles and would absolutely do it all over again. What a pleasant experience from start to finish! Everything from the order to delivery to setup to service calls (and the list goes on) has been handled in a very courteous, prompt, and professional manner. Very pleased and highly recommend to anyone!
