they are charging 25,000 dollars extra for setup. Total rip off. i paid 5700 to have a double wide moved from a farther distance and they set up my ac and electric and steps and everything. also was told one unit was in the 90,000s when the price on the home was actually 84000. I urge everyone to be cautious and price compare when dealing with these people. They seem shady. also the online inventory and prices on the lot do not match.
