In short, you have to be crazy to do business with this lot and Clayton Homes!!! In long, I ordered a modular on 7/2021. It's now 10/2022 and my home isn't complete and no completion date will be given to me. The lot manager, "Jamie McManus" will not return my phone calls or emails. The guy under him, "Scott Thompson" doesn't return calls nor texts either. Mr Thompson has been manipulating the subcontractor assigned to my build, sending him elsewhere more and more each week.
