Won’t return phone calls.... need better salespeople....
These people will sell you a $90,000 trailer and set it with broken doors, broken screens, broken refrigerator door, scratches in the hardwood floors, gaps between the walls and roof and want you to go ahead a start making payments while they finish. House had been set for 32 days and no one working on it. Check out the better business bureau there are a lot of complaints and new ones coming in daily.
Really disappointed. Called multiple times with no answer and no way to leave a message. We drove over an hour and arrived at 5:20 only for them to be closed. Locked door. Open sign off. No sign on the door or any explanation. Hours posted outside but no one there.
Have seen some cool houses there. For sure the best looking bunch of people work there.
If I could give zero stars I would! Worst customer service from this place ever! I purchased my first home from Clayton in Sherman/Denison Texas back in July 2015 and was made so many promises "we will take care of everything" it's almost November and they still haven't finished set up on my home! My sales rep Eric hasn't called me since he took my check in July. Very disappointed in this company
