9 minutes ago BUYER BEWARE!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! They are smooth and sweet up front, but afterwards your left hanging. You buy a new home, you want just that. A NEW HOME! We have had numerous issues with our”new home” To make it worse we have a 5 year “bumper to bumper warranty” basically and we still can’t get what we paid for. It’s a constant run around to eat up your warranty time. You have to consistently follow up. This is their problem, not yours. Shouldn’t they be the ones following up? After pulling up our service records, Clayton Homes of Denison has provided service for issues pertaining to this home on 4 separate occasions. All totaled, Clayton Homes has addressed 35 Line Items that has been signed off by the customer. As recently as 07/25/20, Clayton Homes approved a third party contractor to install a new septic control panel and rewire the customers existing septic system as a courtesy as this was not included on the sales agreement.
