I was recently in Glasgow to see some of Clayton Homes, the man came when we first entered And then told us that he had to go to the office for a few minutes. My husband and I continued on looking at the home that we had been looking at and then moved on to four more homes. Never once did that man come back to help us. We were very interested in one of the homes. I guess their loss is someone else’s gain....

Purchased 4 homes from them.....my entire family. We were told them would be move in ready by Thanksgiving 2018. We are now mid January 2019 and still many weeks away from being able to move in. Every time I call the manager Barry, he has "just stepped out". Been trying to work with Clayton Homes Consumer Advocacy, but they haven't really been helpful. We keep getting promises and double talk.

The service department is in need of an overhaul. I have called over 15 times on various issues. I called today concerning the air conditioning drain not having water coming out. I was told it probably wasn't enough humidity....give me a break ....it was 93 degrees and heat indices over 100. The service manager treated me like I was stupid...I guess because I am female. My husband, which has severe back issues, crawled under the home to find the pipe had come off and was pouring water under our home. The next call they get f... read more
