Me and my spouse stopped in to get more information on homes and possibly trading in or just purchasing a new home. We already have a mobile home, which is tied in with our land. Worst place ever! Do not buy a home from here, we went 2 weeks without somewhere to go to the bathroom. After fighting with them about it not being okay because we didn’t have anywhere to go they wanted us to pay for a porta potty out of our own pockets I said that’s not right you guys need to fix this and they ended up getting us one after a couple days. Then We were promised a new water pump for our well to make our water stop sputtering and have better pressure. This was after they gave us a new tank to support both homes... read more
