We got 0 help filling out the applications which is fine. My mom's credit was ran they didn't have permission to do that , Ramos construction is outrageous! for a 3 4x4 little porches almost 2k! Disappointed in the lack of communication and organizational skills. The right hand seems to have no idea what the left one is doing. Nobody there is able to give straight and solid answers to simple questions. I don’t feel as a customer that we are being treated with any sort of priority. Very disappointed at this point.
