I purchased a home from Clayton Homes NB and had it delivered May 2020. We have not even had the home for a year and already we have windows that leak in rain into the home and a punch list of things that should have been fixed months ago and have not. I have emailed multiple times and have not got a response or get a response of it being 8 to 9 weeks to get a contractor out to fix the issue.
Great experience. They take care of their customers and we have the house of our dreams. Easy financing. We couldn’t be more happier with the process and our amazing modular home ♥️ Terri and Kim were amazing

I am a veteran and I purchased my first home from Clayton in New Braunfels. It was a lot easier than I thought due to the fact that I didn’t have to do anything literally. Terri at Clayton made it so easy for me and kept me informed the whole time. From the first time I went there to pick out my house until I received my keys was approximately 3-4 months. Again I was very satisfied with their business.

I invited you in to come pick out the home because if we don't have the home you want, the land doesn't matter. We care about all of our buyers and would love to help you, but we have steps to follow. My wife and I are both disabled veterans and we purchased the ponderosa. It has been a headache from day 1 to get anything accomplished. We have been in the house for over a year and we continue to get the runaround. the website as well Facebook says you close at 7 pm.We arrived at 5. Drove althe way from San Antonio only to be told you were closed.
