We bought a 2010 mobile home. The dealer at the time made promises and promised stuff and never followed thru. The house is always unlevel and doors wont close right or even lock. Now we have had a roof leak for about a yr now. I called nd ask them about it and there reply was to call one owners insurance. I ad a friend of mine who has a roofing business he came and looked at it and told they installed the shingles incorrectly. Now the roof feels like Styrofoam and the nails are nearly rusted thru.
