Our experience started off great. The salesman was friendly, helpful, and never made us feel pressured to buy. Unfortunately, everything changed after we paid for the home. Communication went downhill, there were repeated delays, and it felt like once they had our money, we were completely written off. The quality of the home was very disappointing, with damages and workmanship issues that never should have made it through inspection. I have had the BEST experience with Brent and Adriane. They are so wonderful! They made everything so seamless and easy. As a first time home buyer, they walked me through everything and made me feel very safe and secure every step of the way. I would give more stars if I could! Recommending them to everyone I know looking for a home.
My husband and I walked in on a Monday morning at 8, just to look around. Within an hour we found a house we liked. We started our application with Milly and Brent and were approved before we left the office. Adrianne and Brent came to us, due to our busy schedule, to sign the closing paperwork. We are blessed to have found a great, helpful and hard working staff. Being a first time home buyer, they made it so easy and comfortable. I totally recommend their office in Seguin!
